Welcome to Macabre Forest! We are a literate role playing site that mixes magic with a modern boarding school.
Interested in attending Chattman Academy? Only the rich can afford tuition, but it's worth it, for the staff are hand picked from around the world to be the best in what they teach. However, everything is not what it seems.
The treck through Macabre Forest to reach the school can be dangerous; the creatures that inhabit the woods aren't always friendly. Once to the school, stick to the grounds as much as possible, and be careful when you make your way to town on the weekends.
Join as a student, a creature pretending to be a student, or one of the creatures roaming Macabre Forest.
The skin isn't all new, but the images are, and I think it's better. Whoot! Also, we have a user legend, and moderator spots are open. Please don't ask about these spots, an admin will contact you.

After hard work from the staff, Macabre Forest is finally open!
Have a suggestion to make the site better? Have a question that you need answered? Maybe you're concerned about something. This is the place to place these comments and questions. Guest Friendly
Located in the west wing, there are three floors of dorms. On the right are the girls, and on the left are the boys. Each room is pretty much the same, with two beds, two night stands, two desks, and two closets, along with a bathroom that joins two rooms.
Pretty self explanitory, the classrooms are where the students learn. There are a few empty classrooms where the Magics can go to be themselves, or other can go for certain activities.
The nerds spend a lot of their time here. It's a quiet place where people can study without getting bothered, but be careful, the librarian is very strict.
The gym contains weights and top-of-the-line machines designed to help you build your muscles, indoor basketball court, a rock climbing wall, tennis courts, and a track and field.
In the center sits a beautiful fountain erected in the memory of a student that passed away some years ago. Tables decorate the concrete around it and on the outer edges lay flowerbeds.
The pool is open on the weekend to all students, though on weekdays it's closed for water polo and swim practice. There is a jacuzzi, and a water slide.
The gardens are beautiful, filled with brilliantly colored, rare flowers that compliment each other. There are many pathways, making it easy to get lost in the large maze, but can also be a good place to hide from teachers.
The forest is rather large, surrounding the entire boarding school. The trees are tall and large, situated close together, blocking out most of the sun.
Grandma's Diner is a popular place for the students to go when in town. They serve breakfast all day, and there isn't a single healthy choice on the menu.
The park contains a soccer field, a baseball field, and a small play ground, along with some tables. There are a few trees scattered around to provide shade.
